RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE:
On
receipt of confirmed job order and exact job
descriptions of required categories, we source the
candidates through our databank, job portals,
advertisements and head hunting. Our Technical Engineers
tests the candidates for their skills matching the job
description and trade test is required. The short listed
candidates CVs are sent to the clients for their
approval. Either the clients do the CV selection or
invited to our office/trade test centres in India to
personally evaluate the candidates. On receiving the
final selection list from the client, candidates are
called for medical and other visa processing
formalities. Candidate undergoes their Medical
formalities with panel Doctors and their medical fitness
report is informed to the clients. On receipt if the
visa document from the clients the passports along with
the required documents are submitted to the Protector of
Emigrants (POE) for Emigration Clearance on the
passports of the candidates. For Saudi Arabia the
process would take around 2-3 months. For other
Gulf countries the process would take around 10-15 days
after receiving the visas from the clients. The
candidates are given brief orientation about the
company, project work and the country of placement
before their departure from India. The candidates are
handed over their departure file with the copy of their
employment contract, visa stamped passport with
Emigration & copy of insurance and ticket two days prior
to the date of Travel, consequently the arrival details
of the candidates are informed to the Client. After the
candidates reach the destination (country of work), the
client makes arrangements for Transportation to pick the
candidates from the airport to the Site Camp/
Accommodations.
